The Brooklyn-based dance producer Kingdom, whose tracks presage many of the more melodic and rap-friendly forms of dance music currently in ascendance, is getting ready to release the new EP Vertical at the end of the month. He's shared an instrumental called "Corpse," a twisty and shivery dance track that skirts the edge of trap-house and throws in enough disconnected shards of melody that it achieves an uneasy sort of hypnosis.
