We all had a good time streaming the new sadness that is Chris Cornell's (Feat. Timbaland) track "Long Gone," so why not do it again this morning in video form. Cornell's nosedive crashed him into The Tonight Show studios on Friday. In doing it without Timbo, the cut has a little less of those instantly-dated FM friendly sonic squiggles, which in turn spotlights Chris's transformation into his apparent dream of being a dulled adult alternative radio icon. I think the only way we can do it is Jay-Z style, and send some lyrics back over. Here's one: Sometimes my confessions are hard for me, I'll tell you now I'm setting you free. (Ugh.
