Watch Mumford & Sons Cover The Beatles With Vampire Weekend At Glastonbury
Here’s something I don’t thing anyone much expected to see: Mumford & Sons, once again performing after bassist Ted Dwane’s emergency surgery forced them to cancel their Bonnaroo headlining set, finishing up their Glastonbury performance in full Rolling Thunder Revue style. At the end of their set, Mumford covered the Beatles’ “With A Little Help From My Friends” (more in Joe Cocker than Beatles style) with an all-star group of friends that included members of the Vaccines and First Aid Kit, as well as three members of Vampire Weekend. Ezra Koenig plays trumpet! It’s so weird! Watch it below.

Notably banjo-free!
