Kings Of Leon is the next AMEX Unstaged artist and their live webcast will be directed by SNL alum Fred Armisen. The broadcast, which will stream live via both Vevo and YouTube, airs on 8/9 from the venue Shepherd’s Bush in London. Kings Of Leon just recently released “Supersoaker,” the lead single from their upcoming sixth studio endeavor Mechanical Bull. Vampire Weekend were the last band featured on AMEX Unstaged with Steve Buscemi on directing duty. The pairing made for some great promo videos and considering Armisen’s impressive comedy and music résumé, the roll out for this should be just as entertaining. Watch the trailer for the show below.
