He's a rising regional star now, but not too long ago, the Baton Rouge rapper Kevin Gates had his career interrupted by a prison stint. On "MYB," a track from his new album Stranger Than Fiction, Gates joins forces with the conversational, deeply underrated Nashville rapper Starlito. The song's new video shows Gates rotting in prison before coming home to a not-exactly-glamorous situation. Check it out below.
