Portland's Blouse wowed back in June with their waxy "No Shelter" from their upcoming LP Imperium and today they offer up "A Feeling Like This," another cut from the album. Both tracks have the same off-kilter sensibilities, but where "Shelter" was warm and enveloping, "Feeling" has a much cooler undercurrent, its guitars angular, and sound, in general, much more spare.
