The great ’80s/’90s Boston college-rock band Throwing Muses are about to return with Purgatory/Paradise, a new release that’s a combination album and art book. We already posted the early track “sleepwalking-1” this week, but now the band has posted a driving, tangled song with an awesomely intense Kirstin Hersh vocal on their site. It’s called “Sunray Venus,” and you can hear it here.
