Savages have put out a new video for Silence Yourself highlight "Husbands," and the clip is as fierce and gripping as the song itself. Cut between shots of snakes, worms, and other unpleasant creatures, the band plays with the kind of brutality that we've come to expect from their live shows. The best part here though are those close-ups of frontwomanJehnny Beth during the whispering build-up chant of "husbands, husbands, husbands." The video is directed by John Minton, who did some awesome video work for Portishead's Third record. Watch it below.

Silence Yourself is out now on Matador. We think it is one of the best albums of the year.
