Watch Ron Howard’s Jay Z Documentary Made In America
Showtime debuted the Ron Howard-directed documentary about Jay Z and last summer’s inaugural Made In America festival on Friday, and someone has bootlegged it and put it online. The 90-minute feature covers the acts that performed that weekend, like Run-DMC, Pearl Jam, and Janelle Monae, as well as Philadelphia locals, including people who worked on the technical side of the event and food vendors. You also get a peek inside Jay Z’s rehearsal process, an awesome conversation between Howard and Tyler, The Creator about directing, and the unexpected highlight of Skrillex teaching Howard how to DJ. You can check it out here, but beware: since it’s an illegal video, it unfortunately comes with porn spam.
