Upset – “You And I” Video
Upset’s track “She’s Gone” made our 5 Best Songs list last week, and today, the band released a music video for “You And I” off of their forthcoming debut due out at the end of the month. Upset has already proved that they can write super-short, super-catchy pop-punk songs, but the “You and I” video proves that the trio also has a rad sense of humor. In the “You And I” video, you can watch super rich kids (played by comedians Whitmer Thomas, Clay Tatum, Budd Diaz, Rodney Berry, James Pumphrey, Jess Lane, and Chris Thayer) drunkenly roam the streets of Los Angeles pretending to be broke. The clip, which is directed by Sean O’Connor, is a parody (mockery?) of Soul Asylum’s video for the 1993 hit “Runaway Train.” Watch below.
