Back in August, "Elliot," a giddy synthpop single from the Cologne, Germany producer Roosevelt, deservingly ended up on our Best Songs Of The Week list. Now he's shared "Montreal," another one from his Elliot EP, and it's a smooth, expensive ripple of a dance-pop song. Listening to it now, I'm feeling this implacable urge to go buy clothes.
