On Friday, we lost Phil Everly, the younger half of the great early-rock vocal duo the Everly Brothers. And now, as a tribute, the Philly duo Sun Airway have covered "When Will I Be Loved?," a 1960 Everly Brothers single, transforming the harmonic shuffle of the original into a hazy, washed-out meditation. On their Soundcloud page, Sun Airway claim that they recorded their version with an iPhone and a ukulele, and you can sort of tell. Listen below.
