Total Slacker took inspiration from Paris Hilton’s “Good Time” video when making their own video for single “Keep The Ships At Bay” with director Nate Ford. It’s not there in content exactly, but more in the crazy excess people get up to in both clips. The introduction by guitarist David Anthony Tassy sets the whole thing up like a police procedural or an episode of Unsolved Mysteries before following band members Tucker Rountree and Emily Oppenheimer as they huff whipped cream and steal a guitar. Since its release, the video has been endorsed by Paris Hilton, who expressed on Twitter that she was pretty flattered by the tribute. Watch it below.
