Eagulls, the Leeds punk band we first heard three years ago, will release their self-titled debut LP next month. Its current single "Possessed" was one of our 5 Best Songs Of The Week recently, and the group took it to last night's Late Show, where Bill Murray was the guest. (The performance was taped Thursday night; last night David Letterman — and Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, and Seth Meyers — were over at Howard Stern's 60th Birthday Bash.) This was Eagulls' network television debut below, so naturally bassist Tom Kelly got a commemorative tattoo on his arm and took a photo with the actor.
