Thundercat is a bass virtuoso and a frequent Flying Lotus collaborator who made a beautifully spacey soul album called Apocalypse last year. But in his new video for "Evangelion" and "We'll Die," two songs from Apocalypse, he's something else: A futuristic samurai warrior, stoically trudging through a blasted desertscape with his sword and his guitar. B+ directed the video, shooting everything gorgeously, and Thundercat simply looks badass. Watch it below.
