Arctic Monkeys, One Direction Win Big At 2014 BRIT Awards
The BRIT Awards are Britain’s answer to the Grammys, and they’re going down live from London’s O2 Arena at 8 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time, otherwise known as 3 p.m. EST. Some of the most notable performers include Arctic Monkeys, Beyoncé, Pharrell, and a collaboration between Lorde and Disclosure (UPDATE: watch that here). Disclosure also leads the nominees list alongside Bastille, who’ll perform too. Fellow Britons David Bowie, Laura Marling, Arctic Monkeys, James Blake, Rudimental, and London Grammar are up for big honors, as well as international acts including Drake, Arcade Fire, Katy Perry, Lorde, Justin Timberlake, Janelle Monaé, John Grant, Haim, and Daft Punk. Sounds like a decent show! And you can watch it all unfold on the livestream below.
