The Flaming Lips recently shared Flaming Side Of The Moon, a new piece of music that’s intended to accompany both Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon and The Wizard Of Oz — which requires nearly as much media-syncing as Zaireeka once did. And now they’ve made a series of April Fools-themed videos for Funny Or Die that feature some big comedy names like Fred Armisen and Jon Daly. They’ve also made a 43-minute video of the entire Flaming Side Of The Moon studio session. Watch it all below.

I suppose that’s one way for a band to avoid accusations of self-parody: Make some actual self-parody!
