Australian trio SAFIA (Ben Woolner, Michael Bell, and Harry Sayers) spin blue-eyed soul with spacey R&B production in a way that manages to be both challenging and extremely catchy -- catchy enough that they'll be opening for Lorde on her Australian tour. Their newest single, "Paranoia, Ghosts, & Other Sounds," finds the group's smooth vocals pushing through a veil of pitch-shifted moans, phasing synths, and heavy bass swoons that never fail to make you want to move.
