Popstrangers’ Fortuna is shaping up quite nicely. “Don’t Be Afraid,” the second offering from the New Zealand-gone-London band’s upcoming album, trades the fervent power-pop sugar rush of lead single “Country Kills” for an effortlessly dreamy float anchored by an easygoing heavyweight bass groove.
