Download 2 Chainz Freebase EP
2 Chainz rescued himself from perennial Atlanta-rap also-ran status and catapulted himself to actual for-real stardom by doing two things: Deciding that his name should no longer be Tity Boi and making fun, engaging, catchy-as-fuck mixtapes like T.R.U. REALigion. And now 2 Chainz has released his first new mixtape since he finally found his way to fame. The new Freebase is only seven tracks long, but it comes packed with big-name production credits and important guests. The first single is the Mike Will Made-It-produced Lil Boosie collab “Wuda Cuda Shuda,” and the tape also has appearances from Rick Ross, A$AP Rocky, Ty Dolla $ign, and Cap-1, as well as production from Metro Boomin, Young Chop, C-Note, and DJ Paul, among others. You can download the whole thing at Livemixtapes.
And in other 2 Chainz news, Billboard reports that he’s reached a plea deal after his codeine-possession arrest, and he’ll have to complete an 18-month drug diversion program.
