Stream A Sunny Day In Glasgow Sea When Absent
The Philadelphia dream-pop group a Sunny Day In Glasgow specializes in smeary melodic head-rushes, and until recently, you might have thought that they’d made their last gorgeously fizzy sound-explosion. The band’s last album, Autumn, Again, came out four years ago. But next week, they’ll finally follow it up with the new Sea When Absent. We’ve posted a few of its songs: “In Love With Useless (The Timeless Geometry In The Tradition Of Passing),” “Crushin’,” and “Bye Bye Big Ocean (The End).” And now you can stream the entire thing at Pitchfork.
Sea When Absent is out 6/24 on Lefse.
