Watch Pearl Jam Play Rarity “Strangest Tribe” Live For The First Time
Pearl Jam are known for their long setlists and unpredictable, meandering live shows, and they’ve got fans vigilant enough to monitor what songs they play every night. Those people must’ve been amped last night to hear that, while playing a show in Oslo last night, the band played “Strangest Tribe,” a song they’d originally released as a Christmas single in 1999. It’s a slow, tingly number, and it’s one they’d never played live before last night. Watch a fan-made video below.
I wonder if Eddie Vedder’s daughter requested that one, too.
