Ashrae Fax announced their first new music in 11 years last month, following Mexican Summer's successful reissue of their 2003 debut, Static Crash!, and shared "CHKN," a muscular and timeless dream pop track. Their next offering is a little more subdued and ethereal -- "Fits And Starts" is a twilight-tinged song that ends with the same mumbling, almost incoherent whisper that it began with. Only a few words can really be picked up, among them: "fear," and "be yourself or nothing." Listen below.
