Ty Segall is about to release his fantastic new album, Manipulator, and to promote it, he made a stop on Marc Maron's WTF. Maron is super excited in this interview -- he just jumps right in with absolute fervor talking about how he came across Segall's music. Maron describes the new double album as "everything [Segall]'s been working towards."
