Watch Billy Corgan Play Pumpkins B-Side “Purr Snickety” & Zwan’s “Of A Broken Heart” At Ravinia Festival Rehearsal
Billy Corgan was the latest performer at the Illinois-based concert series Ravinia Festival. Last night, he played a 28-song acoustic set that included Smashing Pumpkins, Zwan, and solo material. One of the perks of being a VIP at the festival is getting to see a rehearsal before the show in an intimate setting, and Corgan played three songs before the concert got underway. You can watch video of him rehearsing the Smashing Pumpkins b-side “Purr Snickety” and Zwan’s “Of A Broken Heart” below, both of which he’d go on to play during the show.
UPDATE: And here’s “Of A Broken Heart” from the proper show, featuring Corgan’s Resistance PRO wrestling team.
UPDATE 2: Corgan also debuted two new tracks at the festival — video of “Methuselah” and “Orange Burnt Black” is below.
