Shura – “Indecision”
Shura does that mid-period Madonna/”Time After Time” version of melancholic retro synthpop better than just about anybody. Here’s another example of her excellence: “Indecision,” her first single since signing with Polydor, is the most uptempo track we’ve heard from her after ace ballads “Touch” and “Just Once.” It’s got the neon sparkle of an old Whitney Houston hit, but it’s delivered with the breathy subtlety of Jessie Ware.
