Foo Fighters – “What Did I Do? / God As My Witness” (Feat. Gary Clark, Jr.)
Next week, Foo Fighters are set to release their new geography-themed album Sonic Highways, with its eight songs recorded in eight music-rich cities. We’ve heard a bunch of those songs already: “Something From Nothing,” “The Feast And The Famine,” “Congregation,” “Outside.” Tonight, HBO will air the Austin-themed episode of Dave Grohl’s Sonic Highways TV show, and today, the band shares the song they made in Austin. They recorded the sprawling six-minute “What Did I Do? / God As My Witness” at KLRU-TV Studio 6A, and Texan blues-rock wunderkind Gary Clark, Jr. guests on it. Listen to the song below.
Sonic Highways is out 11/10 on Roswell/RCA. The Austin episode of the TV show airs at 11 eastern tonight on HBO.
