Brooklyn-via-Australia folk duo Luluc have shared a new video for their song "Tangled Heart" off of their debut album Passerby, which came out earlier this year. The video was directed by Jarod Taber and shot in the former studio of photographer Robert Mapplethorpe, which is currently occupied by artist Joelle Shefts. "We had recently read Patti Smith's book Just Kids when we by chance met a friend who knows Joelle and stays with her when she's in New York. The light and space is just as Patti describes it in her book," the band told NPR. The video features footage of New York City projected onto the band member's faces. Watch below.
