Terror Pigeon – “The Internet” (Feat. MoonLasso)
Terror Pigeon’s latest single unabashedly borrows from the inane realities of 21st century existence. “The Internet” begins with an all-too-familiar and frustrating turn of events, “Then my worthless phone breaks/ Verizon you’re a cheapskate/ Facebook messages will have to do,” before the track balances on the refrain, “You are the internet for me.” The song will be released next week on Yucksongs! 2014:(, a collection of B-Sides from Terror Pigeon’s sophomore album Live It Up Before You Die It Up!. “The Internet” samples Citycenter’s “This Is How We See In The Dark” and features vocals from MoonLasso’s Malee Bringardner.
