James Murphy’s Score And Bowie Remix Included On While We’re Young Soundtrack Out Next Month
James Murphy scored Noah Baumbach’s forthcoming film While We’re Young, an undoubtedly romanticized illustration of what it’s like to be a youth living in Brooklyn, starring Adam Driver (of course) and Amanda Seyfried (Why?). The good news is that the Beastie Boys’ Ad-Rock can be seen cradling a baby in the trailer, and the excellent soundtrack will include Murphy’s instrumental cover of Bowie’s “Golden Years” for the film.
