Foo Fighters Headlining Glastonbury 2015
Foo Fighters announced that they will play the UK’s Glastonbury Festival 17 years after their last performance in 1998. Dave Grohl announced that the band will headline the summer festival in an acceptance speech video that aired at the NME Awards — Foo Fighters won the award for Best International Band but were not present at the ceremony. If you’re desperate to catch their performance this summer at the Pyramid Stage, that’s too bad, because tickets to the enormous festival sold out way back in October. However, Glastonbury Festival reports that there is a chance of copping resold tickets in April after the cancellation period is up. Watch Foo Fighters break the news below.
