Marina Shifrin worked for the Taiwanese animator Next Media Animation, but she doesn’t anymore! From the YouTube description:

I work for an awesome company that makes news videos. I have put my entire life into this job, but my boss only cares about quantity, how fast we write and how many views each video gets.

I believe it’s more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come. Here is a little video I made explaining my feelings.

This is correct and I agree completely, but, ah, Marina: did they not have a dangerously-placed trampoline in the office? Could you not have brought in your own trampoline to fall off of, maybe? Or, at the very least, edited in a few of trampoline accidents that you stole from YouTube? I’m not the best at content, but I do think I know a little bit about giving the people what they want and what they want is trampoline accidents!
