Hahah, I tuned out the INSTANT this trailer started playing and immediately had to start it over again. It’s times like these, when I have to talk about the trailers for big movies that I have 0 interest in, when I miss having what’s his name around the most. “We’re gonna put a man inside of a machine.” Oh, yeah, like what? Like RoboCop? STOP PRETENDING LIKE WE DON’T KNOW WHAT ROBOCOP IS, MICHAEL KEATON! “Compassion, fear, instinct — they will always interfere with the system!” Uh, then why didn’t you just make a regular robot? Man, that’s a pretty good wife. Justin Long really should’ve opened with the fact that Lumpy gave him the money for the honeymoon when he told his new wife that they had to miss their honeymoon to pay for the funeral. I would be so p’d off otherwise. “Your rude friend, rest in peace, ruins our wedding and then we can’t even go on our honeymoon?! WHY?” Unkind, for sure, but I would’ve been looking so forward to that honeymoon!!

The Double

The Double is based on the Dostoevsky novella of the same name, which I recommend reading, maybe not on your computer, but it is there, and I am incredibly excited for it. The most excited I have been for a movie in a very long time. I hope it isn’t bad, ahhhh!!
