No matter how hard our mom tries, she cannot cheer us up or get us to play along. And dad is welcome to pretend like he’s oblivious to what is really going on and didn’t even realize that we weren’t all on board and just working our butts off as hard as he was to sell this video to the audience, but the fact of the matter is that dad’s always trying to avoid facing reality.
