UK Anti-Binge Drinking PSA Tells Us More Than We Really Want To Know About Brits

The UK's National Health Service has a new PSA that attempts to combat the apparent scourge of binge drinking by showing behaviors associated with drunkenness and how silly they are and how nobody would ever do such silly things while sober. A country's Public Service Announcements are a totally arbitrary, yet totally fascinating way to characterize an entire group of people, so this is fun. I had no idea the UK had such a huge problem with drunken people using traffic cones to shout insults to strangers.

The US, of course, has its fair share of shockingly necessary PSAs ("Never shake a baby, for example), but what's funniest about this one is that, like New Zealand's anti-binge drinking baby-swinging PSA, it doesn't seem to be particularly aimed at young people! (Via AdRants.)
