This is one of those viral-hopeful videos that everyone is supposed to think is real but a week later it's revealed to be an ad. Like 99% of them, it's SO OBVIOUSLY FAKE, but I guess we can forgive it a little bit because it's for the UK's National Health Service and not, like, Pepsi. There's some screaming, so headphones are advised:
Unfortunately for the National Health Service, the video was too graphic for YouTube, who pulled it within 24 hours. You would think the YouTube people would recognize something this fake-looking. It's almost as obviously staged as the hair-cutting bride. But...I also totally fell for that "crazy office guy" video that turned out to be viral marketing for Wanted, so what do I know. (Also: Amy Poehler, is that you?)
