Fred Phelps is rejoicing in the Lord's destruction-by-fire of property and human lives in Australia for the crime of, no shit, having birthed Heath Ledger, who played a gay character in a movie before he died. Judging from this bewildered tone ofthis Aussie news report, the country was blissfully unaware of Fred Phelps's evil existence before now:
