In a refreshing contrast to stage mothers like Dina Lohan, Courtney says Frances Bean will have to "step over (her) dead body" if she wants to get in the music industry. Oh but then she says "She'll probably act or direct or run Hollywood," so nevermind. Courtney just doesn't want the competition:
