I glimpsed a few flashes of this AP report on the late local news last night, so it's probably playing around the country (Update: and on GMA this very morning, apparently!). It seems there's a new weapon in fighting our national dry foot skin epidemic/crisis: paying a guy $35 to put your feet in a bowl of dead-skin-eating fish.
