The most interesting thing about last night's much talked-about red carpet exchange between an impotent Ryan Seacrest, a horrified Jennifer Garner, and a psycho Gary Busey, is the fact that nobody involved seems to recognize Gary Busey. They just call him "that guy." Poor Gary Busey. Why was he invited again?:
