“Chance The Actor” doesn’t have quite the same ring to it, but Chance The Rapper now has a starring dramatic role to his credit. In Mr. Happy, a new 22-minute short from the very good music-video director Colin Tilley, Chance plays a depressed wage slave who finds out that he can commit suicide by hiring a hitman to kill him.
