The cult-beloved L.A. alt-rockers Failure broke up in 1997, but they got back together last year to tour and to release the digital single “Come Crashing” b/w “The Focus.” They’ve now announced that they’re getting ready to release the new LP The Heart Is A Monster, their fourth album and their first since 1996’s Fantastic Planet. First single “Hot Traveler” is a convincing piece of post-grunge churn, and as Consequence Of Sound points out, it recently debuted on BBC Radio 1.
