There are lots of reasons to be suspicious of corporate-sponsored music events, but if a shoe company was bringing the Replacements and Dinosaur Jr. to your hometown for a free show, you'd still try to go, right? Later this month, Converse will spend a week at the Sinclair in Cambridge, Massachusetts for a Converse Rubber Tracks Live marathon. Every night, a couple of international heavy hitters will play, and locals who have recorded at Converse's Rubber Tracks studios will open for them. The lineup is an impressive one, and it's below.
