The three Wisconsin DIY punks in Tenement have been around for so long that they just reissued a bunch of their older material earlier this year. For the past three years, though, Tenement have been hard at work on putting together a vast double album called Predatory Highlights. The album is finally loaded up and ready to go, and first single "Dull Joy" is a tuneful ripper that will give you Jawbreaker flashbacks. Listen to it below.
