U2 Busked In The NYC Subway Last Night
U2 will make their rescheduled Tonight Show appearance this Friday and, since the show isn’t taping that day, the band has been getting segments ready over the past few days for the episode, which will be entirely dedicated to them. (They’re making up for a whole week that they lost after Bono’s injury.) They were spotted over the weekend preparing for a Bono bike crash sketch, and last night they took to the NYC subways to busk. Watch some video and check out some photos of them playing “Angel Of Harlem” in the Grand Central subway stop below.

They also played three songs in-studio: As @U2 points out, former The Facts Of Life star Lisa Whelchel was in attendance, and said they did “Beautiful Day,” “Angel Of Harlem,” and new single “Song For Someone.”
Oh, and then we were “this” close when U2 played “A Beautiful Day” and “Angel of Harlem” and “Song For Someone.” pic.twitter.com/SQsP6IWrDW
