So I guess Win Butler coming to Future Islands shows, casually walking onstage, and singing part of “Seasons (Waiting On You)” is a thing that just happens now. Last year, he took on the song’s second verse at a Future Islands show in his native Montreal. And last night, he did pretty much the same thing, showing up unannounced at Future Islands’ performance at the annual private Dealer.com Summer Party, singing a few lines, and then walking off again with no fanfare.
