Bristol, England experimental band Flying Saucer Attack just released a second single off the forthcoming full-length, Instrumentals 2015, their first LP in over a decade. The record will be released in mid-July, and we already heard the first single, "Instrumental 7," which dropped along with the album announcement. True to form, this new single is titled "Instrumental 4," and is filled with mesmerizing, lo-fi, ambient noise. Listen to the song accompanied by slow-panning black-and-white visuals below.
