Hear No Devotion’s New Song “Death Rattle” In Permanence Album Trailer
No Devotion emerged from the ruins of the Welsh nu-metal band Lostprophets, who broke up in 2013 when frontman Ian Watkins was charged with and later sentenced to 35 years in prison for child sex offense. Watkins’ crimes definitely damaged the band’s legacy, but in spite of it all, the remaining members of Lostprophets decided to stay together and form a new group. They enlisted former Thursday member Geoff Rickly — who also fronts the post-hardcore band United Nations — and dropped their first single a year ago almost to this day. Now, No Devotion have announced that they will release their debut full-length, Permanence, early this fall. Listen to the record’s debut single, “Death Rattle,” in the Permanence teaser video below.
