Pearl Jam Tease Special Announcement, Possibly NYC Show

Pearl Jam are fans of teasing special announcements. Their 2013 tour was preceded by a countdown, as was their last album, so it's never really clear how important one announcement is over another. They've just teased something else, but this one seems a little easier to put together than usual. The above image went up on their social media accounts earlier today and, judging by the New York City subway-style lettering, it looks like they're planning to come to the Big Apple sometime soon. Some speculation points towards a North American tour (it would be their first since last fall), but most others think they could be planning to do a show in Central Park. Who knows? The only thing left to do now is wait and see…
