Ennio Morricone Scoring Quentin Tarantino’s Hateful Eight
Quentin Tarantino is known for his musically omnivorous soundtracks, but it looks like the score for his upcoming Western The Hateful Eight will be something special. Tarantino has already used Ennio Morricone’s music in a number of his films, but as Vulture reports, the director revealed at Comic-Con today that the legendary composer will be scoring the entire new movie. Morricone is responsible for some of the most iconic pieces of music in film history, including his immortal score to The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly, and this will mark his return to the Western genre after four decades.
